They asked if we could re-tool a recipe for the magazine. Here it is in print!
The Berry Jamboree
Loaded with antioxidants and refreshing flavors, this drink is quite simply the jam!
Recommended Barware: Rocks Glass or Highball
3-5 fresh mint sprigs
1⁄2 ounce freshly squeezed lime or lemon juice
2 ounces gin
1⁄2 teaspoon organic unsweetened raspberry jam
Seltzer Water (optional)
Garnish: 3 raspberries and 1 lemon slice
Muddle all but 1 of the mint sprigs and the lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Add the gin, jam, and ice and shake for 10 seconds, until the jam is fully incorporated. Strain thru a fine mesh strainer to remove raspberry seeds into an ice-filled rock or highball glass. Top off with seltzer (optional), garnish with the remaining mint sprig, lemon slice, raspberries and serve.
